Scientific employee and project manager, social anthropologist and tourism expert

She obtained her Master of Arts in Social Anthropology at the University of Bern (2009) after spending a semester abroad at the Humboldt University of Berlin. In her minor subject she studied sociology.

Since 2009 she has been a research assistant and project manager at formative works. Important projects: Informal Caregivers in Critical End-of-Life Situations” (NRP 67), Equal Opportunities and Quality of Care in Health Care, Palliative Care and Mental Illness from the User’s Perspective, Needs Assessment on the Need for Action in Voluntary Work in the Field of Palliative Care in Switzerland.

She currently heads the projects “Family-friendly care coordination” and “Competencies of health professionals to support family carers” as part of the FOPH support programme.
