We contribute to the success of these events in Switzerland and in European countries through our speeches and statements, inputs and presentations.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About our name, <em>formative works<\/em><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><em>formative works<\/em> is a play on words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>formative<\/em> approach is a didactic\nconception of learning processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The method\nand the results are used for shaping, &#8222;formation&#8220;, hence design and\nformatting. <br>\nThe approach is derived from the formative evaluation. It is an action-research\ntype of support within projects and case studies.
