Auch wenn die Schweiz mit einem Wert von 6 Prozent im europ\u00e4ischen Mittel liegt (Erhebung 2017), muss das nicht ausgesch\u00f6pfte Potenzial von 35-55% vermeidbaren HAI in rasch adressiert werden, um Komplikationen, Leid und Kosten zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Bedarfsanalyse hat zwei Themen untersucht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fehlende Kompetenzen, Kenntnisse und Know-How-Defizite beim Personal in Gesundheitseinrichtungen zur Sicherstellung einer geeigneten Infektionspr\u00e4vention.<\/li><li>Geeignete Massnahmen zum Erwerb fehlender Kompetenzen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Analyse galt zwei Zielgruppen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> Gesundheitsfachpersonen mit direktem Patientenkontakt (ohne das auf  Infektionspr\u00e4vention spezialisierte Personal)<\/li><li>Personen in  Leitungsfunktionen in Gesundheitseinrichtungen (Spital- &amp;  Pflegeheimdirektionen), welche f\u00fcr die Ressourcenzuteilung  verantwortlich sind.   <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2267,"template":"","categories":[69,67,35],"tags":[275],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/2261"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/projekt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekt"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/2261\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2277,"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/2261\/revisions\/2277"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/2267"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=2261"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=2261"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/formative-works.ch\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=2261"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
