A feasibility study is examining strategies for attracting and securing sufficient numbers of qualified nursing staff for long-term care and all healthcare providers in the Seetal. Innovative approaches are to be used to make training in the region attractive, to create a pull effect and to extend the length of stay. One outcome is the creation of a regional training network to increase the number of trained persons and the quality of training by using synergies, know-how and best practices in the region.
